CERFF DISMOUNTABLE PARTITIONS

A quality distinction.

The design and performances of our dismountable partitions are the subject of a quality control of the CERFF Association.

This one gives evidence, through a series of tests realised by the laboratory "Products of the envelope" of CEBTP, the conformity of the partition with regard to the technical requirements mentioned in of NF DTU 35.1.

The characteristics assessed in the specifications. The delivery of the certificate CERFF allows to validate the company uses a system of dismountable partitions filling the requirements of the NF technical reference table DTU 35.1.

For that, the specifications written by CERFF Association sets minimal performances on their:

  • Ease of assembly, of disassembly, of re-use and of transformation;
  • Stability at the security impacts of use;
  • Mechanical resistance regarding the horizontal thrust;
  • Durability (sturdiness and et rigidity, endurance of block-doors);
  • Acoustic weakening

So far, our technical director is the CERFF president.

SNFA

As a member of the professional partitions trade union (N.T.U.F.A. National Trade Union of the building of Windows, frontage and associated Activities, partition branch), we contribute actively to the elaboration of the norms, of the technical and required evolutions of the profession.

Thus, we insure a technical observation and required of the partition market in order to guarantee you the trustworthiness of our information and our specifications.

At ABCD International, we judge the quality like a fundamental pillar of our firm.

The application of the best sector’s practices of production, our constant search of excellence and our relation with our customers are very important to us.

Quality, for us, is a reality which is expressed daily thanks to the application of the best practices of the profession at every step of the production process. Each department, every day, controls incoming and exiting flows in order to guarantee the highest quality level.

the ISO 9001 norm

As the ISO 9001 norm recommends it, we established evaluation and re-evaluation tools of our suppliers.

 Indeed, we have selected, for the production of our partitions’ profiles, certified ISO 9001 factories.

ISO 9001 norm confirms the commitment of these factories regarding Quality and enables to determine progresses in the continuous improvement of the performances.

Thus, the adapted choice of raw materials and a check of every factors stepping in the extrusion technique, verified by international ISO 9001 certification, guarantee the quality of our Aluminium extruded profiles.

The quality of surface processing of visible profiled aluminium (Anodising or thermolacquering) is guaranteed by “QUALANDO” and “QUALLICOAT” certification.

"Qualanod" label

Anodising is the treatment of a specific surface of aluminium which consist in creating by electrolysis, an uniform and very resistant layer of aluminium oxide. This layer can be colourless or coloured. The layer’s thickness varies according to many anodising categories, depending on the final exposure of the product. A 15 microns layer is usually applied outside. The corrosive seaside atmosphere requires 20 microns. However, inside, a 5 microns layer is enough.

The certification label explains technical prescriptions, the checks to be and their frequency.

The main checked characteristics are:

  • Anodised layer thickness;
  • Plugging quality;
  • Abrasion resistance quality;
  • Layer’s sturdiness;
  • Saline fog resistance.

"Qualicoat" certification Label

The QUALICOAT certification label relates to aluminium thermolacquered products.

Thermolacquering includes a surface preparation, the lacquer application (usually polyester powder) and oven cooking.

Employed lacquers are previously accepted by QUALICOAT which checks their longevity characteristics. Average lacquer’s layer thickness is at least 60 microns.

The certification label explains technical prescriptions, the checks to be and their frequency.

The main checked characteristics are:

  • Conversion layer thickness;
  • Rinse quality,
  • Lacquer’s layer thickness;
  • Lacquer’s adhesion;
  • Lacquer’s decent polymerisation;
  • Lacquer’s mechanical resistance;
  • Lacquered product’s saline acetic fog;
  • Corrosion resistance quality;
  • UV and outside exposure resistance (tint and shine).
